It's important that you back up and save files to your OneDrive. OneDrive is a cloud storage space that allows you to store all your important files securely in one place. Saving your documents this way allows you to access them from any campus and virtually anywhere.
How to upload to OneDrive
For easy off campus access, you can upload your files and folders you are working on to OneDrive.
To access your OneDrive, go to https://office365.ntu.ac.uk and select OneDrive.
Here you can either drag and drop or select Upload to add the files and folders you are working on to your OneDrive.
Drag and drop upload
Multiple files can be selected at once by dragging and highlighting or clicking on the files while holding the Control (CTRL) key.
You will then need to drag and drop these selected files and folders into your OneDrive.
Upload button
You can use the Upload button to upload files or folders.
Select the files or folder you want to upload.
Multiple files can be selected at once by dragging and highlighting or clicking on the files while holding the Control (CTRL) key.
Once you have selected the files you want to upload select Open to add to your OneDrive.
You can select one folder and Upload to add to your OneDrive
You can check the progress of the upload next to the Sort icon.
